The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any Tricky Dog courses (“Terms & Conditions”).
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR BY EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT, OR BY USING OR ACCESSING TRICKY DOG TRAINING MATERIAL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Booking & Payment
Courses can be booked by contacting the Tricky Dog team via the Book or Contact forms on the website or by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- Once your course selection and timing has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice with PayPal payment details to complete your booking.
- Payment should be made in full before the start of the course and can be paid at the point of booking via PayPal's secure online payment process. You must make full payment at the time of booking as partial payments are not accepted.
- Once your booking has been accepted and payment is received, you will receive an email confirming that you have been booked with further information on your selected booking.
Cancellations & Refunds

A full refund of fees will only be made for cancellations received in writing two weeks or more before the start of the course.
Cancellations received in writing less than two weeks before the start of the course will receive a 50% refund of fees.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the start of the course.
A £10.00 administration charge is applicable to all refunds.

Tricky Dog reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course (for example due to insufficient enrollment for group training) by providing notice to you at least 3 days prior to the scheduled course date. In the event of cancellation by Tricky Dog, you may elect to receive a full refund or book into a future date of the course.

Limitation of Liability
Tricky Dog does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information provided, results are not guaranteed. The teachings and opinions expressed within the training and course materials are in no way in affiliation with Facebook Inc.
You assume all responsibilities and obligations with respect to any decisions, advice, conclusions or recommendations made or given as a result of the use of the services, including without limitation any decision made or action taken by you in reliance upon our services.
Our Courses
All our courses are in English and delivered remotely via video (Zoom or another). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have a strong internet connection. Tricky Dog does not accept responsibility for any delay or loss of internet during the course.
Registration for Free Courses
Tricky Dog may offer free places for certain online courses. Participants who register for a free place on an online course are required to complete a feedback questionnaire and provide a testimonial. Free offerings for specific online courses are not transferable to other courses in the future.
User Feedback
We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments and other feedback regarding the services we provide. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use the feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you.
Pricing of Courses
All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. Tricky Dog reserve the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book.
Sharing the Costs
Tricky Dog may provide you with the option to share the cost of a course with another person (i.e. friend, colleague). You will be responsible for paying the amount in full, how you privately split the cost is up to you. Tricky Dog will request an email address for the person you would like to share the course with and they will be given access to the booked course at no charge.
Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
All Training Material is owned by Tricky Dog. All intellectual property rights in all Training Material available, including the design, graphics and text and the audio are owned by Tricky Dog. When you are given access to the Training Material, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Training Material. No Training Material may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Tricky Dog's prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Tricky Dog's intellectual property rights.
